Goddess Healing & Spiritual Mentoring — Online Sessions with a Priestess of Avalon

Spiritual guidance online and Goddess Healing sessions with a Priestess of Avalon — Milan Goddess Temple - Energy Healing, Singing Bowls, Sound Bath, Guided Meditation Online

There is a moment many people describe in similar ways. Life is functioning, outwardly, well enough. And yet something does not feel right — a persistent tiredness, a sense of disconnection from one’s own body, the feeling that different parts of oneself are no longer in conversation. The mind runs ahead of everything else. Something fundamental is missing, though it is not always easy to name what.

Ancient traditions understood wellbeing as something involving body, mind, spirit, and relationship with the natural world. It is an integrated state — dependent on the balance of forces that move through us and through the natural world simultaneously. Goddess Healing is rooted in this understanding. It is not a technique, and it is not generic wellness. It is a form of spiritual guidance and mentoring rooted in the living tradition of Avalon — supporting a person in reconnecting with themselves through the sacred tools of the Five Elements, the intelligence of the Goddess, and the depth of genuine human presence.

What Is Goddess Healing?

Goddess Healing is a practice rooted in the spirituality of the Goddess, in the tradition of the Glastonbury Goddess Temple, and in the sacred framework of the Five Elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit. It is neither a standardised method nor a generic wellbeing technique. It is a guided process transmitted by a Priestess of the Goddess and Priestess of Avalon, embedded in a specific tradition with its own history, structure, and internal coherence.

Goddess Healing works on the whole person simultaneously — body, mind, and spirit — without separating what cannot in practice be separated. It does not replace medical or psychological treatment. It works alongside it, addressing a layer that conventional approaches rarely touch: the deep reconnection with one’s own essential nature, exploring patterns of stress, disconnection, or a persistent sense of stagnation.

What distinguishes this work from generic online spiritual guidance is lineage. The practice I offer carries the full transmission of the Glastonbury Goddess Temple — where I was ordained as a Priestess of Avalon, where I continue to serve as a Melissa and celebrant Priestess, and where I offer online trainings to the international community. The depth of a spiritual mentoring relationship depends entirely on what the mentor has actually lived and been formed within. This is that formation.

The Five Sacred Elements — The Framework of Goddess Healing

At the heart of Goddess Healing are the Five Sacred Elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit — understood not as abstract concepts but as living archetypal forces, present within us and in the world around us. Working with the elements means learning to recognise them in one’s own experience and to use them as tools for reflection, grounding, and personal exploration.

Earth is the element of matter, stability, and grounding — of physical security, of the body as primary home. When Earth feels distant, one may feel unsettled, disconnected, or without a sense of grounding. Working with Earth involves crystals, herbs and plant allies, fumigations, and practices of reconnection with the physical body and the natural world. It begins by bringing attention back to the body.

Water is the element of the emotions, the unconscious, and memory. It governs the natural cycles, the flow of feeling, and the capacity to release. When Water is blocked, emotions accumulate without expression, or overflow without direction. Working with Water — through aura-balancing practices, vibrational essences, and purification — offers a space to explore what has accumulated over time and reconnect with emotional clarity.

Fire is the element of will, passion, and transformation. It governs the capacity to act, to choose, to burn what no longer serves. When Fire is depleted, there is a cold heaviness — chronic tiredness, lack of direction, the absence of desire. Working with Fire invites renewed motivation and creative movement.

Air is the element of thought and communication — of clear seeing, of expression, of contact with intuition. When Air is disturbed, the mind circles without finding rest; when it is blocked, creativity goes quiet. Working with Air uses the power of breath, incense, and sacred sound to create space — creating space for reflection, clarity, and intuitive exploration.

Spirit is the fifth element, the thread that runs through all the others — the subtle dimension connecting the personal to the transpersonal, the individual to the Goddess, to the larger intelligence of the living world. Working with Spirit means learning to receive: visions, intuitions, insights that can emerge when the analytical mind becomes quieter. The felt sense of belonging to something larger than oneself.

What a 1:1 Session Includes

One-to-one sessions are held online, by video call, and are available to anyone regardless of location. Each spiritual guidance online session is shaped entirely around the person and what they are actually carrying — there is no fixed script, no standardised protocol. What I bring is the knowledge and practices of the Goddess Healing tradition, years of priestly formation, and the capacity to work with what is genuinely present.

A session typically weaves together several elements, combined according to what is needed:

Goddess energy healing — working with the Five Elements and the energy field of the person, exploring areas where a person may experience tension, depletion, or imbalance and address it through the tools and practices of the Avalon tradition.

Guided meditation and inner journey — moving into the landscape of Avalon through visualisation, meeting an archetypal face of the Goddess relevant to what the person is working through, reflecting on what emerges from the inner landscape.

Oracle and tarot reading — using the cards as a mirror for what is moving beneath the surface, as a tool for clarity, and as a language through which the tradition speaks directly to the situation at hand. Intuitive card work can be used as a reflective tool within a spiritual guidance session.

Counselling, mentoring, and talking — because being genuinely heard can also be an important part of personal reflection. Of articulating what has not been named. Of finding language for what has been living wordlessly. This is not psychotherapy in the clinical sense, but it is focused spiritual mentoring: spacious, unhurried, and attentive to what is being said and to what is not yet being said.

Sessions are available as a single encounter or as an ongoing accompaniment across weeks or months — the rhythm shaped together, according to what the process requires.

Goddess Healing Within the Seasonal Celebrations

For those wishing to experience the transformative dimension of the Goddess tradition in a communal context before or alongside individual work, the seasonal celebrations of the Wheel of the Year offer exactly this. Each of the eight seasonal celebrations held at the Milan International Goddess Temple — online and in Milan — carries a specific transformative quality rooted in the archetypal energy of the season. These are not passive events: they are structured ritual experiences in which the themes and symbolism of the season are explored collectively with the participants. This offers another way to experience the Goddess tradition — collective, ceremonial, rooted in the same living tradition.

A Bespoke Half-Day Sacred Experience in Milan

For those visiting Milan who wish to combine spiritual mentoring and personal exploration with a direct encounter with the city’s sacred landscape, a bespoke half-day experience is available in person.

This is a private, entirely tailored immersion: a sacred tour of the ancient Goddess sites of Milan — the sacred geography of Medhelan, the Celtic city beneath the modern metropolis — followed by a guided meditation at one of the sacred sites, and a shared meal at a restaurant chosen for its proximity to the places we have walked and its own rootedness in the city’s older life.

This is an integrated experience — history, landscape, body, and inner work held together across a half day — designed for someone who wants to encounter Milan as a living sacred place and to carry something real away from it.

The Goddess Healing Practitioner Course

Goddess Healing can also be learned. The practitioner training — which covers the Five Elements in depth, the tools and practices of the tradition, and the skills of holding transformative space for others — is available in Italian and, upon request, in English.

The English-language course is currently offered on a bespoke basis. Those interested are invited to make contact directly to discuss availability, format, and timing. It is a serious formation, rooted in the same lineage as the work described in this post, designed for those wishing to bring this practice into their own work — as a practitioner, a facilitator, or a deepening of their own path within the Goddess tradition.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I have never done anything like this before. How do I know if I am ready?

The fact that you are reading this is usually enough of a signal. Most people who reach out do so at a moment of genuine transition — a change they did not choose, a question that will not go away, a sense that the tools they have been using are no longer sufficient. You do not need to be spiritually experienced or to know exactly what you are looking for. Coming honestly is enough.

Is this therapy?

It is not psychotherapy and does not replace it. If you are working with a therapist or considering doing so, this work sits alongside that — not in competition with it. This work has a different focus from conventional talking therapy, exploring energetic, mythological, and spiritual themes. Many clients work with both simultaneously.

How do I know this is worth the investment?

I cannot guarantee outcomes — no honest practitioner can. What I can tell you is that the work is serious, the tradition is real, and the formation behind it is genuine. The most useful indicator is usually the quality of the first contact: if the conversation feels right, the work tends to follow. Get in touch and see how it feels before committing to anything.

What if one session is not enough?

One session is complete in itself and offers genuine value. If what emerges suggests that a longer process would serve you better, we discuss that together — without pressure and without a predetermined programme. The rhythm of the work is decided between us, based on what is actually happening.
